Offboarding is one of those processes every growing company runs into the same way: it starts as a mental checklist one person keeps in their head, then breaks the first time that person is out sick, or two people leave in the same week, or the departure isn't a planned one.
The cost of getting it wrong isn't dramatic most of the time — it's just quiet. Access that should have closed on day one, still open a month later. A laptop nobody remembers collecting. A final paycheck that goes out three weeks late because nobody owned that step.
We built Offlist to make offboarding a shared, visible list instead of something that lives in one person's memory — split cleanly between the people who own access and the people who own the paperwork, with a record of what actually happened for every departure.
We're building this in the open, a step at a time. If you're testing the demo or thinking about using this for your team, we'd genuinely like to hear from you.
We're not actively hiring right now, but we're always glad to hear from people who care about this problem. If that's you, reach out — we read every message.
