These terms govern your use of the Offlist website, interactive demo, and — once available — the hosted application ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Offlist provides tools to help organizations track and manage employee offboarding checklists. The public demo is provided for evaluation purposes; data entered into the demo is stored only in your browser and is not saved by us.
Paid access to the full hosted application is arranged directly with us — reach out through our contact page to discuss access, pricing, and setup for your organization.
You agree not to:
See our full Acceptable Use Policy for details.
Once a paid workspace is available, you retain ownership of the employee and departure data your organization enters. We will process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Offlist name, design, and underlying software are the property of Offlist and its creators. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service normally.
The Service, including the public demo, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Offlist and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service itself.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
