This policy sets out what's not allowed when using Offlist's website, demo, or hosted application ("the Service"). It exists to keep the Service safe and usable for everyone.

1. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation
• Upload data you don't have the right to store or process, including employee data you're not authorized to handle
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, another user's workspace, or our infrastructure
• Probe, scan, or test the Service's security without our prior written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or the experience of other users
• Use the contact form or any part of the Service to send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited bulk messages
• Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service as your own product
• Reverse engineer the Service beyond what's permitted by law

2. Demo use

The public demo is provided for evaluation. Please don't enter real employee data into the demo — it's intended for sample or test data only, since demo data is stored solely in your own browser and isn't something we can help recover.

3. Enforcement

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service for anyone who violates this policy, without prior notice where necessary to protect the Service or other users.

4. Reporting a violation

If you believe someone is misusing the Service, let us know via our contact page.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
